One way to take care of yourself is to eat a good breakfast. I tend to neglect myself in some important ways, especially when I'm in a relationship. So recently I've decided to start paying attention to the basics. Eating, sleeping and exercise.

Okay, it's 1:30 am so I'm not doing too good on the sleeping part, but I am making myself breakfast every morning!

My new favorite is to use this microwave egg poacher I bought somewhere or another to make little ham, spinach and egg cups. A spritz of PAM, one egg, one or two ripped up leaves of spinach, some ham pieces and a little shaving of pecorino cheese and in 55 seconds, I have a hot and healthy breakfast.

Now I should go to sleep because in 5 hours I'm going to have to be up and making this for breakfast. I think I'll add a little bit of tomato.
